Any good book recommendations on how the bond market works in totality?

Also, I’d love to see a similar piece on Tbill investing. I private money lend and recently started using Tbills to park my cash between deals. Would love to know your thoughts.

Hey Bobby. Noted. And though I have not read it, I have heard good things about The Bond Book by Annette Thau. She makes it pretty approachable, I think. Sounds like a good system, you are using, as long as there is not an interest rate shock and you need capital before maturity.

Hey Judy, there are a number of good platforms out there, but I use Swan. It is easy and straightforward. That said, they are undergoing a platform upgrade soon, and I am unsure when that occurs—and if there will be any disruptions for onboarding. FYI!

Judy,

I use Swan and have had a very positive experience. I am a real estate investor that saves in Bitcoin. Feel free to reach out and ask me about my experience. Bobby@ironheartproperties.com

Judy, the first step is to thoroughly understand Bitcoin. I'd highly recommend you YouTube a channel called "Bitcoin University." It's led by a man named Matthew Kratter--you will not be disappointed.
